Spring is in the air, and the racing schedule is heating up - Ben Mangrum and Francis Reynolds will be at the Fort Steilacoom 15 km and 15 miler this weekend. Kate Landau will race the Hot Chocolate 15km in Seattle as she gears up for the Boston Marathon. And many races are planned in March. USATF National Cross Country Championships
Congrats to Greg Leak who placed 40th at the United States Cross Country Championships this past weekend under snowy conditions in Bend, Oregon. Greg raced nearly a minute faster than he did last year on the same course. #fitlifethroughastraw @drinkjoefroyo

Thanksgiving Weekend
Here are the results from this past week:
Luke Alfonso and Jacob Alfonso place 1st and 2nd in their age group (under 14) at the Sugarland,TX 5-mile Turkey Trot; 31:47 and 32:06 respectively.
Nicole O'Loughlin and Nancy Ellis place 2nd and 3rd at the Tacoma Turkey Trot, where Brien O'Loughlin and Beth Carter set PRs.
Francis Reynolds places 2nd at the Norpoint Turkey Trot.
